Defining Trauma

Ep. 2: Defining Trauma

In this second episode, I dive right in to unpack and define "Trauma". I also answer the commonly asked question: “does it ever go away?”

I share a bit more of my own personal story and also what I’ve learned through the experience of sitting with clients over the years (and through the many trauma trainings I’ve taken). I share a really impactful definition around how trauma equals broken connections - connection to spirit, to self, to others, etc.

Creating a new relationship to trauma is how healing happens.  This podcast reveals the gift of this.

There is so much to know about trauma and over the many episodes of this podcast, the definition and how to notice it and work with it will become more and more clear.

I invite you to get on over there and have a listen and let me know how it lands for you! I’m really excited about this new podcast and want to keep shaping it around what’s supportive and engaging for YOU.
