Enrique Collazo: Tending to the Heart of Ourselves

Ep 33: Tending to the Heart of Ourselves with Enrique Collazo

How do we “be with” ourselves and others to foster a sense of connection and safety?

In this powerful new episode of the podcast, Enrique Collazo joins me in a conversation about how we welcome vulnerability, suffering, pain and injustice with regulated nervous systems and open hearts. We look at how to be in action in the face of injustice while also staying with ourselves.
